Israel’s Information Campaigns: An Alternative to Kinetic Strikes

By Yaakov Lappin April 17, 2019 BESA Center Perspectives Paper No. 1,144, April 17, 2019 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: In recent months, the Israeli defense establishment has made increasing use of “information campaigns,” or exposure through the media of enemy activity that has been detected by Israeli intelligence. This modus operandi has developed into an alternative to kinetic strikes.… Continue reading Israel’s Information Campaigns: An Alternative to Kinetic Strikes

Russia / Iran / Syria / Iraq / OEF Ad Hoc Update (13)

Anonymous expert compilation, analysis, and reporting. A HUGE leap forward for Israel Israel openly admitted attacking Iranians in Syria following an Iranian missile strike from Syria. Israel responded and spanked Iran. They blew up a bunch of Iranian military and intelligence sites in Syria.  Munition storage sites  Military site located in the Damascus International Airport … Continue reading Russia / Iran / Syria / Iraq / OEF Ad Hoc Update (13)

Israel’s Director of the National Information Directorate Stepping Down

Yarden Vatikay is stepping down. Israel’s National Information Directorate, under Yarden Vatikay, was instrumental in helping Israel win the war of words against Pallywood.  I ran InfowarCon in 2009 and I had Yaden Vatikay present. His presentation was stunning, the difference in the narrative and seizing the initiative was like night and day. It will difficult… Continue reading Israel’s Director of the National Information Directorate Stepping Down

Salisbury CW Attack / Syria / Iran / Russia Ad Hoc Update (154)

Anonymous expert compilation, analysis, and reporting. </end editorial> It does indeed appear that the Muscovy propaganda machine is heading into another “epic fail” week. Early Sunday the Russian MoD released a public statement putting all of the blame for the loss of the COOT upon Israel, exactly fitting  Felgenhauer’s comparison to the Kursk SSGN disaster, where internal… Continue reading Salisbury CW Attack / Syria / Iran / Russia Ad Hoc Update (154)

Salisbury CW Attack / Syria / Iran / Russia Ad Hoc Update (149)

Anonymous expert compilation, analysis, and reporting. Russia/Putin folded on blaming Israel, outright, for the downing of their plane in Syria. “Tragic accidental circumstance” are to blame.  In all actuality, and it makes perfect sense, for a Syrian commander to be convinced that since Israel was bombing another part of Syria, another unexplained plane within range… Continue reading Salisbury CW Attack / Syria / Iran / Russia Ad Hoc Update (149)
