If you know who can grant permission to use the below picture, please contact me. More information below.
A reader of this blog contacted me, she is seeking permission to use the above picture in a book.
An angel, Sanna Roling, is seeking assistance to locate whoever can grant permission to use this picture in a book to be named “The Quilt” whose entire proceeds go directly to and entirely benefit the National Vietnam War Museum. As you can see, Martha Raye is right in the middle…
It is my hope that you will be able to connect us with the person who can give us permission or grant that permission yourself. What we are asking is to be able to use the picture in a book titled “The Quilt” whose entire proceeds go directly to and entirely benefit the National Vietnam War Museum. Michele Hoffman, a Vietnam era veteran made the original quilt with the entire purpose that it would benefit the museum and help to tell the story of the Vietnam war. Most of the panels are pictures from military friends depicting their time in Vietnam. The remainder of the panels were pictures that Michele selected from the internet under the impression that all were public domain.
I’ll keep her phone number to myself for now, but here is the person seeking permission. Please contact me and I’ll link you up.
