Pussy Riot Producer Poisoned By Russia?

Stewards pull away Pyotr Verzilov, who broke into the pitch during the 2018 FIFA World – TASS

It is being stated without hard evidence that Russia’s intelligence services attempted to poison 30-year-old Russian-Canadian Pyotr Verzilov, the producer of Pussy Riot.

Pussy Riot is the female band that has made countless protests against Putin and his regime, resulting in inflated jail sentences.

Pyotr Verzilov ran onto the field during the Russian 2018 World Cup, in front of Putin, and served a 15-day sentence as a result.

Apparently, someone in the Russian government did not think that serving 15 days was an adequate punishment for Pyotr Verzilov.

Mr. Verzilov has been flown to Germany for treatment. Initial results have not discovered a toxin, but he has already responded well to treatment.

The doctors are working their way down a checklist of possible causitive agents, including poisons.

Others are not hesitating to make a final judgment.

“This is absolutely poisoning. Poisoning by anticholinergic drugs. It’s something like the atropine Cyclopentolate — what’s found in medicines. But the issue here is the large dosage,” Verzilov’s girlfriend, Veronika girlfriend, Veronika Nikulshina told Meduza.

Since one week has already passed since Verzilov’s initial symptoms appeared, doctors are not hopeful they will discover the poison used.

Boris Nemtsov, assassinated within sight of the Kremlin on 27 February 2015

Novichok?  Polonium? Russia certainly has a history of the use of poisons (and worse) on opposition activists, to include the murder of Boris Nemtsov.  Alexander Litvinenko was poisoned by Polonium and died in London on 23 November 2006. Sergei Skripal and Yulia Skripal were poisoned with Novichok on 4 March 2018 in Salisbury, UK.

Russia has a history, a motive, has conducted extensive research, and has allegedly built a large stockpile of poisons.
