Why Russia Tried To Assassinate Skripal and Daughter

Russia is showing its true colors.

The UK traded for Colonel Skripal’s release, the UK wants him safe and alive, to thank him for taking the risk of being a double agent.

Russia wanted him dead, not only to punish a double-agent but to send a message to anyone contemplating becoming a double agent.

Russia is doubling-down on this sentiment.  As reported by long-time Russia-watcher Julia Davis,

“May he live, may he fear and may he suffer.”

Just for principle, Vladimir Koshelev should be sanctioned.
