There FINALLY appears to be some action on this bill. Two Senators, one Democrat, one Republican, are threatening to push this bill forward (what a threat?) unilaterally if SecState Tillerson cannot show progress with Russia in regards to both Syria and Ukraine.
I’ve also seen this bill nicknamed the Russian propaganda bill.
