Recall, gentle readers, I posted a blog titled “The cyberspace war: propaganda and trolling as warfare tools“?
It seems certain people are thin skinned, weak, insecure, paranoid, and make bad choices. Probably their breath is bad, too.
MV-lehti, a Russian financed neo-nazi group published two articles, more like smear pieces, in response.
Last evening when researching and writing this report, I found many Finns are appalled by the behavior of MV-Lehti. These are not nice people, not at all. The Finns are, almost to a fault, really nice people. I have to visit Finland.
“Ilja J./MV” stands for Ilja Janitskin and is probably the author of the first article. Many more details on Ilja later.
Supposedly the author of the second article is Juha Molari, T9 in MV-lehti, ex-priest, but he denies his T9 status (the article is signed “T9 / B & W firstname.lastname@example.org”. Funny thing, Juha used to work as a propagandist for RT before being exposed. Then Juha was “arrested” as a Vicar and resigned on 6 May 2011. After being kicked out of the Lutheran Church, the Russian Orthodox church gladly accepted him. Juha Molari did this video but now deeply regrets it: http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=76c_1384982880 I learned that big English words confuse him.
Imagine my surprise when I discovered this article. “US military intelligence and information warfare Authority Jessika Aron’s partner“. First, I forgive the machine translation’s minor errors. But then the article goes downhill.
Jessika Aro let slip 24.5. begging sympathy “with a small heart attack,” chief: US Information warfare and Special Forces Joel Harding. Message quickly disappeared from Jessica’s Facebook wall when the MV-Journal wrote about it.
Your first mistake, Mr. Anonymous, is lying about the outcome. You’re making it up.
You see, everything Ms. Aro wrote is still there, Jessikka did not delete anything. Here is a screen capture of what Jessikka wrote, and I just took the picture (on the left). Here is what the anonymous author wrote (the screen capture on the right, below).
Now that we have established that the anonymous author lies, his (or her) credibility is shot. He makes stuff up, fabricated a lie to insinuate that Jessikka is trying to cover her tracks. Yes, it does sound a lot like RT.
Joel Harding wrote in 23.5. In 2016, that he had just finished one of Russia’s writings trolleista, when ” I found this excellent report. And, behold, I know by this author “ Joel glad.
I did not say “behold”, gentlemen. The expression is “lo and behold”. I wrote “I know the author”, preceded by “lo and behold”. This is an old English expression dating back to 1766. I surely didn’t expect you to have difficulty with something that well documented.
“Special Forces (Special Forces) we had classified some of the words, if they were trustworthy, loyal, and they reach to our innermost tabernacle (Sanctum): He is’hyviä ihmisiä’,” Joel Harding writes Jessika Aro.
Wrong. What I actually wrote was “In Special Forces we had an expression for qualifying someone if they are reliable, trustworthy, and allowed to enter our innermost sanctum. She’s “good people”. ” Even if they ran the expression through Bing translation, then Google Translate for an inverse translation, I can’t imagine messing up the statement that badly.
The deliberate insinuation is that the words were classified. As a matter of fact, I never used that word. Go ahead and check, I’ll wait.
After this the article descends into the depths of fabricated journalist hell, borrowing heavily from an article I discredited some time ago. In March 2015, a pro-Russian journalist wrote an article and self-published it, targeting me on a Russian proxy news site, “Can the Ukrainian Government Target American Journalists in America?” On 21 March 2015, I wrote a rebuttal, “A Bad Journalist Targets Me” (see this article for links). The rest of the article is predicated on really bad journalism, poor reporting, a lack of corroboration, no verification, and bad analysis of the facts. In other words, it is just plain wrong. Surprisingly, since that time the journalist dropped his first name, now going only by his first two initials, GH. Now it appears this author, T9, is buying all the pig slop as truth and rebroadcasting it. I am just curious, MV-lehti, do you guys just self-publish with no editing, editors, fact-checkers, or actual expertise?
MV Lehti – Hate Site
Please allow me to disclose a wee bit of information about the news site, http://mvlehti.net/, that published this article. It is considered to be financed and backed, at least partly, by Russia. It is considered a hate site, and is most likely a Russian proxy site. All the Finns I corresponded with dislike it.
MV Lehti’s archives are stored on a Neo-Nazi website: http://www.dailystormer.com/tag/mv-lehti/
The Finnish police are investigating MV Lehti for publishing false news (read Russian propaganda) and promoting hate speech.
Finnish police have had several complaints about the MV Lehti website, which is accused of publishing false news and promoting hate speech. Those who think they may be the victim of crimes as a result of the website’s content are urged to contact police before the end of the month.
Finnish police have announced that they are working closely with prosecutors to investigate the operations of an alternative news site, MV Lehti, which stands accused of disseminating false information and promoting hate speech.
In a statement on the national police website, police said that they suspect that several articles on the website are baseless, distortions of the truth, or that they infringe copyright.
They have received dozens of complaints about the website, and are currently investigating cases of suspected copyright infringement, libel, aggravated defamation, fundraising crimes and gambling crimes.
The investigation is being co-ordinated by Helsinki police, and has required co-operation with foreign law enforcement agencies.
The site’s founder, Ilja Janitskin, is based in Spain.
Police are asking anyone who believes they may be a victim of crimes related to the website’s articles to contact them during May.
MV Lehti is called an “alternative” news site which is a common moniker for a Russian propaganda site.
Wed, 04 May, 2016 12:52:23 AM FTimes: Police probe MV-lehti for falsified reports,
Here is MV Lehti’s VK page.
Migrant Tales doesn’t usually comment about the racist garbage published in Finland by online publications like MV-lehti, Hommaforum, and Magneettimedia. All of these websites have one matter in common: they write and cater to a racist audience.
MV-Lehti’s active promoter is Johan Bäckman, who is very notorious as an international disinformation distributor with ties to Russian intelligence. He works for RISI, which is led by an intelligence officer.
“Suomi ilman fasismia ry” or “Finland Without Fascism”, which is a founding member of the Kremlin’s front group, World Without Nazism, is a fake Finnish Anti-Facist Committee, led by Johan Bäckman, http://antifasistit.blogspot.lt/. Juha Molari is very close with them, probably a member, which he denies of course. “Finland Without Fascism” was active in Estonia during the Bronze Soldier disagreements and did active black operations about Estonia for the Russian press. Now they’re merely doing the same thing in Finland. http://worldwithoutnazism.org/leaders/, “World Without Nazism” lists 14.Finlyandiya – Johan Beckman or 14.Финляндия – Йохан Бекман as the leader in Finland.
Bäckman is on Russian media almost every week giving out distorted statements about international topic, commonly called a useful idiot. He is the self-proclaimed official representative of the imaginary state of the People’s Republic of Donetsk. He recruits Finnish volunteers to fight in East Ukraine and makes propaganda videos with them. He visited Syria with “a team of Russian experts” just before Russia started bombing it. Estonia has blocked Bäckman from entering the country and he was arrested in Moldova after stirring up chaos with pro-Kremlin propaganda. Bäckman is the representative to Finland for the Russian-backed fake NGO World Without Nazism, which is actually a Russian propaganda spreading organization, specializing in character assassination. Bäckman is suspected of helping and contributing on MV-lehti as a writer and known to market MV in the social media. Here’s a quick video about Johan Bäckman in English:

If I had to give him a simple title, I would label him a Russian agitator. Finland: Convergence of Fascist Anti-Fascists and Muslims in Helsinki
This is Ilja Janitskin, a friend of Bäckman, owner of the MV, and works at K1 Solutions SL. He seems to do smear jobs for money. He most likely gets funding from Bäckman; it seems he’s ready to go to prison for what he does. Many police reports and
police announcements of the big investigation guarantee he knows he is about to go to court. This hasn’t stopped him from still publishing completely fabricated stories attacking people. The Finnish neo-nazi organization has their own discussion forum on MV-lehti. They share their propaganda at MV-lehti, as well as market and recruit people to the organization. Russia is backing far-right sentiments and organizations all over Europe.
It’s amazing to many Finns, how quickly this so-called ‘news source’ became so popular. They do horrible stories about Finnish police, Finnish military, Finnish Red Cross (which is helping the refugees coming to Finland), non-racist Finnish politicians, as well as individual officials – these are classic Russian disinformation operations. They give support to far right organizations and support to Soldiers of Odin, nazi guards operating in Finland. Here is the fake profile of Ilja Janitskin,
They give support to far right organizations and support to Soldiers of Odin, nazi guards operating in Finland. Here is the fake profile of Ilja Janitskin, https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100008461027621 Since he is currently living in Spain, I found it curious that he also belongs to the Bandidos Motorcycle Club. He even runs their website: http://www.whois.com/whois/bandidosmcbarcelona.com
The “sister publication” of the MV, also owned by Janitskin, is Uberuutiset. In English it translates to “Uber News”, http://uberuutiset.fi/, which publishes exactly the same stories as MV.
The reason Janitskin is not in jail is because he is in Spain. According to the police, they are working with international authorities. According to a legal expert I happened to be speaking with in the US, it is “a challenge” to extradite people from Spain.
What they do
Interesting comment from the article in Finnish: Mik Veijalainen “jessikka on “kanssakäynyt” gang-bangia joel&friends kanssa, on natohomoilla kivaa pompotella pikkuista poikamaisen vartalon omaavaa pirinistiä, sehän kirjoittaa sen jälkeen vaikka mitä. jessikka ei lienee tiedä että vehkeily vieraan valtion tiedustelun kanssa on maanpetos josta on usein annettu myös sanktioita.”
Please read what they’ve done previously, My Year as a Pro-Russia Troll Magnet: International Shaming Campaign and an SMS from Dead Father.
My investigation (prior to publication) ranges from Embassies to multiple experts in Finland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Spain, and all over the US. A few of my friends in Scandanavia were contacted by T9. Yes, MV-lehti don’t use names. Either I am hitting some nerves, causing anxiety (perhaps angst), and making them talk amongst themselves.
Your insults are amateurish, repetitive, and juvenile, may I offer some suggestions?
These little boys accuse us of ‘wild sex’, they have accused Jessikka on multiple occasions of being a NATO spy, and then try to body shame her. First, I have never met Jessikka. Second, she is a journalist specializing in Russia, information warfare and such, and I work in those fields. As for her body, they only wish they could have a partner with such a wonderful body, and yes I saw the pics of her on vacation.
Typically Russian propagandists and trolls offer a semblance of believability to their invectives. These accusations appear more like adolescent fantasies, and they’re all grown men.
Other names to watch: Jon Hellevig, is like Molari, except in Russia.
Janus Putkonen runs the equivalent to MV in Thailand but is currently in Donetsk.
I just consulted with an attorney because John Bäckman has a tendency to sue if someone says bad things about them.Finnish newspaper Helsingin Sanomat listed his complaints in 2012, it’s a long list: http://www.hs.fi/sunnuntai/a1354341507133. He can’t touch me since I don’t earn a penny from this blog. Pshaw.
MV Lehti might have Russian money but they don’t have brains, brawn, or guts. They’re going to jail soon, anyway. ’nuff said. I found a bunch of new evidence of criminal activity, so I’m sure the police have it, as well. Hint: Facebook does not allow collecting users’ information en-masse. We also discovered a cyber exploit. Hint, not all cyber exploits use the internet.
I just wanted to share what Russian trolls look like in Finland.
